At the core of I Lead Me is Energy Leadership™—a methodology that helps participants become more aware of how they show up, what shapes their reactions, and how those patterns affect the way they communicate, collaborate, and make decisions.
Through the Energy Leadership Index™ assessment and a personalized debrief, participants gain insight into the mindsets influencing their confidence, behavior, and responses—especially in moments of pressure, uncertainty, or self-doubt.
With greater awareness, they build more choice in how they respond, strengthen trust in themselves, and become more intentional in how they contribute and work with others.

We design each group session to reflect the real-time challenges and priorities of the cohort.
