Dermofarm was navigating a period of growth and transition and sought to support leadership development while strengthening cultural alignment and connection across managers.

What We Did

  • Designed and delivered a full-day leadership summit to foster team connection and unify managers.
  • Facilitated the co-creation of a Leadership Manifesto to define shared values and cultural expectations.
  • Introduced NKL leadership concepts and coaching tools to support effective self-leadership and people leadership.

Impact

  • 92.4% of participants reported increased self-awareness in their leadership approach.
  • 94% of participants reported being very satisfied with the Leadership Summit experience.
  • 90% of participants would recommend the Summit to other teams or colleagues.
