Dermofarm was navigating a period of growth and transition and sought to support leadership development while strengthening cultural alignment and connection across managers.

What We Did

Designed and delivered a full-day leadership summit to foster team connection and unify managers.
Facilitated the co-creation of a Leadership Manifesto to define shared values and cultural expectations.
Introduced NKL leadership concepts and coaching tools to support effective self-leadership and people leadership.
