The moment

You’ve built a lot: a career, maybe a family, a way of showing up. And yet something may be shifting. This is the in-between.

The shift

As awareness grows, so does choice.

Transition can unsettle what you know about yourself: your assumptions, your patterns, your perspectives, even the identities that have helped carry you this far.

I Lead Me creates space to notice what is happening beneath the surface and begin seeing what else might be possible.

Transition feels different when you’re accompanied.

Coming in, you might feel

  • Alone in it
  • Unclear on the destination
  • Disconnected from yourself
  • Held by an old role or version of success
  • Pressured to already have the answer

Through the circle, the shift is toward

  • Feeling accompanied
  • Clearer on what matters now
  • Reconnected to who you are today
  • More at choice about how you live and lead
  • Moving with confidence, courage, and peace

“I am more comfortable with not knowing the destination and focusing on the present — the journey.”

— Octavio, Los Angeles
Knowing Believing Becoming Living & Being

Less about finding the perfect answer,
more about becoming who you’re here to be.

What happened in the first cohort

Different people. Different transitions. A shared experience.

The first I Lead Me cohort brought together people across countries, careers, backgrounds, and life experiences — each navigating transition in their own way. What emerged was both deeply individual and unexpectedly shared.

Average participant score when asked how likely they were to recommend I Lead Me

Self

“I feel more open to fully embodying my values and setting down the limiting beliefs I’ve been carrying.”

Teresa, San Francisco

Choice

“ILM deepened my understanding that living my values is a daily choice — one that leads to more rewarding experiences and more intentional self-leadership.”

Mark, Seattle

Community

“I didn’t expect to receive the sense of closeness with the group through a virtual experience.”

Natalie, Dallas

They discovered they didn’t need to have everything figured out. They left seeing themselves, their choices, and what might come next differently — with a community alongside them.

The space

What I Lead Me is

A guided space to navigate transition — without doing it alone.

I Lead Me brings together a small circle of people, two coaches, and a six-month journey of shared exploration. There’s structure to hold the journey, but no prescribed destination: individual coaching, guided reflection, and honest conversation with others navigating their own transitions, at your own pace.

The group isn’t incidental — it’s essential. Different lives and perspectives coming together in one circle means you’re not just heard; you start to see your own experience differently through others’.

You do your own work. You don’t do it alone.

Who this cohort is for

This next I Lead Me circle is designed for people in midlife and beyond who are in the middle of a transition, sensing one beginning to emerge, or standing at the edge of what may come next.

Your transition may be visible

  • A job loss, role ending, or career disruption
  • Caregiving beginning, ending, or changing shape
  • Relocation or rebuilding your sense of place
See 3 moreShow less
  • Stepping away from work that once defined you
  • Making a big change — and still learning how to live it
  • A relationship, family, or home-life transition

Or it may be quieter

  • An old identity or definition of success no longer fits
  • A sense that something is changing before you can fully name it
  • You feel alone with questions others may not see
See 2 moreShow less
  • You’re unsure what still belongs — and what is ready to be released
  • Questions about meaning, purpose, or how you want to live

Your career may be part of the story. But I Lead Me isn’t a career-pivot program.

It’s for the whole of your life — and for the person you are becoming within it.

The experience

Six months, thoughtfully guided.

I Lead Me has a rhythm: time together, time on your own, and space between the two to notice what is shifting.

A small cohort of up to 10 people

Approximately 4.5 hours a month

A meaningful commitment, designed to fit alongside a full life. Most months include a 2-hour Group Circle, a 1-hour 1:1 coaching session, and reflection time between sessions.

The value isn’t more content. It’s the combination:

space and grace to pause, individual coaching, shared reflection, and a circle of people moving through transition alongside you.

The rhythm

The Fall 2026 cohort.

Six months, with time to live between the conversations. Each gathering builds on the one before it, with space between circles for coaching, reflection, and whatever life brings into the work.

Your coaches

Your coaches,
accompanying you

Trust matters in work like this.

I Lead Me is guided by John Arboleda and Cheryl Wilson, both ICF-PCC credentialed coaches.

Our role isn’t to tell you what comes next. It’s to listen closely, ask the questions that help you see differently, and create the space for you to make meaning of your own transition.

Come as you are — unfinished questions and all.

Together, we bring deep experience coaching people through transition, growth, leadership, and the questions that don’t always have easy answers.

We don’t teach people who to become. We coach with them as they discover it for themselves.
