John Arboleda, CPC, ACC

John has spent his career empowering individuals and organizations in transition. He is a global professional with more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles working for organizations in the U.S. and Europe including Adobe, the University of California Office of the President, ESADE Business School, and Goethe University Frankfurt.

For several years he was the owner of NOYO, a design thinking and business strategy consultancy that served the higher education, banking, healthcare, and technology sectors.

John is a graduate of UCLA and a former member of the UCLA Alumni Association Board of Directors. John currently resides in Barcelona, Spain.

Cheryl Wilson, CPC, PCC

A New Kind of Leadership | Co-Founder

Cheryl has over 16 years of experience as a certified coach and coach trainer. Cheryl has trained over 3000 graduates through one of the leading accredited global coaching schools and accumulated 7000 hours of professional coaching experience.

She has 17+ years of corporate experience working as a lead software developer, district manager, and general manager/VP of Operations for companies such as AT&T and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

Cheryl is a graduate of Clemson University. Cheryl resides in the United States.
